Breakfast with the Girls takes place at Nicholls on The Embankment. Kristy Adams will be speaking on ‘A time to reflect’, looking at how we can find time to stop in our busy lives. She’ll be looking at practical suggestions for ways to take time out and recharge so that we’re energised to get on with all that life has for today’s women.

It will be a great opportunity to get together and invite our friends to come along too. Tickets are £5 and available from the Info Desk on a Sunday or from the offices.
