Small Group Leaders training Bill Hybels, US pastor, said "The local church is the hope of the world, and its future rests primarily in the hands of its leaders." As we grow as a church we need more and more people to step up to lead small groups. Small groups are the hub of church life - they provide a natural context for genuine community and working together 'on a mission' to reach our town.
