If you read through the book of Acts in the Bible there are 14 documented healings. We noticed that at least 7 of these occur 'on the streets' outside of any church meetings. Unless we believe that the greatest acts of the church were in the past, this has to become our standard. 50% of our healings and miracles should happen on the streets - that's our target.
