The King’s Arms Church is now over 800 adults, youth and children. The Community Oversight Group oversees everything to do with smallgroups and missional communities in the church. These groups are critical to the health of the church and its mission and the COG team is needing a paid assistant leader to work alongside the team leader to facilitate the largely volunteer leadership team to fulfil their key role.

As his business grows Damion Miller, who currently oversees worship at
King's Arms, feels it is right to build this for a season as part of his
calling. Damion currently works 2 paid days for King's Arms this would
reduce to 1 paid day. We as leadership team fully support this move. We
also see the need to continue growing worship in King's Arms and as such we
need to employ an assistant team leader to carry some of the
weight and develop worship here at King's Arms for 1 day. The role is temporary at first but may become permanent as things develop.

At King’s Arms our Sunday meetings continue to grow and require increased leadership, organisation and strategic planning. We are also looking at moving to 2 Sunday morning meetings which will involve increased complexity. We are looking to recruit a Sunday Operations Team Leader for around 10 hours per week to lead forward in this critical area, building and developing a leadership team and working with the Sunday Connect Team to take Sundays to the next level.
