We believe that the biblical pattern of church leadership is an eldership team. We have 3 elders who form that team with one lead elder who helps to facilitate the team. The elders are accountable to the trustees of the King's Arms Trust for all financial and legal matters and the Newfrontiers apostolic (oversight) team for the spiritual life of the church. The elders lead the church with the help of the ministry team leaders (who oversee specific areas of church life) and the coaches (who oversee the small groups). Simon has co-led the King’s Arms since 2002 and became lead elder in 2006. He is married to Caroline, and they have three children.Simon also supports and teaches at churches across the region. Paul is an elder at the King’s Arms, with pastoral oversight. He is married to Emma and they have four children. Paul also works part-time for Newfrontiers running the Frontier Project. Roydon is a church Trustee, who became an elder in 2006, responsible for governance, which includes finance and the on-going management and operation of King's House. He is married to Jan and they have two children and five grandchildren. There are also people who regularly contribute to leadership meetings: Phil started working for the Kings Arms in September 2010, having moved down from Newcastle with his wife Carole and their two children. Phil also travels extensively as a teacher and prophet. Rory is responsible for the King's Arms Sunday Operations and multimedia. A former teacher who also supports the church's charity and trust work. He is married to Beth and has two young children. Steve is responsible for outreach across the church. This includes a variety of events such as Alpha, Beta, Baptisms, Special Sunday meetings and the King's Arms Breakfast events. Steve's married to Philippa.

Ali has led the King’s Arms project since 2007, overseeing the all areas of our ministry with the poor and disadvantaged.
 Wendy Mann – TSM Training Course - e:

Wendy is the TSM (Training for Supernatural Ministry) course tutor, overseeing all course activities.
 Nicky Stanyard - King’s Kids - e:

Nicky is part of the King’s Kids leadership and administers all the groups. Married to Paul, they have two children.
 Becky Ross - Youth - e:

Damion leads the King’s Arms worship teams. He’s married to Vicky with five amazing children.
