The King’s Arms was registered as an unincorporated charity The King’s Arms Trust in 1995. Charity No 1044098.

During 2006 a new incorporated charitable company (limited by guarantee and registered in England and Wales) was formed called the King’s Arms Trust (Bedford.) Charity No 1116359. Company No 5899019. The new trust, which commenced operating on 1 Jan 2007, comprises:
