Internships

Interning at King's Arms is a great way to grow in your walk with God and develop the gifts that He has put in you. Through working alongside one of our teams you will have opportunity to grow through being part of the team, while serving and learning in a multitude of ways as you journey with us as a community.

Owen writes; "I've loved interning at the Kings arms. I've been on an amazing journey of knowing God and myself better. I've loved seeing all that God has done in my life this past year and can't wait to see what's next!"

Kelley writes; "I've been interning for King's Arms Project for 2 years now, and I can honestly say that it has changed my life. I've learned more of who God is as my Father and who He has made me to be through working on the front lines and knowing God's heart for the poor. It's not always easy to let your heart be broken in loving other people, but it's so incredibly worth it. If you are thinking of interning, I highly recommend it; it'll change your life too!"

Whats involved?

Internships usually run from September for between ten months and a year and can be either full time or part time enabling you to financially support yourself.

Our interns will gather for a day centralised training once a month with various members of our team. In addition to their team placement and the centralised training days, interns will be expected to write book reports on recommended reading and regular meetings with a mentor as part of the journey.

We will put more details on the website early 2018 with internship opportunities for September 2018.
