Mental Health and Well-Being Evening
The pastoral team would like to invite you to join us for an evening of exploring anxiety which is one of the most common mental health conditions. In our modern world anxiety has been on the increase and even more so since the pandemic. So how can we partner with God as we look to find ways to reduce our anxiety and find some peace in a busy world? We will address this question with some teaching, the sharing of stories, trying out helpful tools and allowing space for reflection. We will not be working in breakout groups.
