Leading Together

Following the momentum of our Leading Together evenings last year, we will be hosting another evening as we take the next steps forward together.

This will be a special time where we will:

• Look afresh at our vision as a church

• Hear updates from our leadership restructure, including testimonies from individuals who have recently stepped into leadership roles

• Reflect on our journey as a staff team, sharing key insights, progress, and learning from our efforts to build a strong and healthy team culture

• Worship and pray together, aligning our hearts and lifting these areas before God
