Thirst – Wednesday Evening Prayer Group
Join us each Wednesday evening 9-9.30pm, as we pray together for specific situations, our Church and for the world.
Thirst – Monday Morning Prayer Group
God loves to move in response to our prayers. This is an opportunity to gather online and start the week seeking God together.
Young Adults Fireside Hangout
Do you consider yourself to be a young adult (or young at heart – have you seen our leaders?!) Stand around the fire, toast marshmallows, meet new people and make new friends. We’ll head inside if it pours. We’ll ask how you’re doing and help each other get ready for the week ahead.
Dad’s bring your kids to have brunch and play together on a monthly Saturday morning. Bring some toys or games to play, we’ll put on a film, and have a good start to the weekend!
The God who created the universe, the One who keeps the rising and the setting of the sun, was crushed for our iniquities because of His Love for us. He is the most Holy God seeking intimacy with you. In this group, we will gather with hungry hearts to prioritise intimacy with God above all else.

Bedford Parkrun 5k
Physical exercise helps us keep fit, make friends and kick starts our weekend! Join our group that has a friendly and supportive atmosphere. Our aim is to use ParkRun Bedford to reach the active community of our town. We want to encourage, support and lift each other up whilst out on the course or in the coffee shop afterwards!
Back To Basics Bible Study
Do you have a desire to know the Bible on a deeper level? Are there some foundational principles that you would like to understand better? If so, why not join this group as they use a study guide developed by Derek Prince to help us delve deeper into the Bible.
Young Men’s Bible Study
A group for younger men (20 – 40) to come and talk, share and study the gospel, pray and worship. Building up Warriors who can become God; Imagers and leaders in their generation and areas of influence.
For all ages and abilities that wish to prioritise growing in expressing their love for Jesus through Holy Spirit-led movement, flag-worship & dance-ministry. This missional group will reach out to local and dance communities while enjoying the fun and freedom of exploring biblical worship.
Feast With Family
Come to us at the Friendly Nettle Cafe (first Monday of the month) and join together to collaborate on making a feast and eating together. Inspired by the early church agape feasts we want to build fellowship within the church through service and a shared meal.

David’s Cave is a year-long journey where men explore the deep part of our souls to find the gold that the Father has placed there and grow in what you are uniquely called to. You will be encouraged, challenged and stood alongside in all aspects of life, growing together in brotherhood; join us for life change. This group runs for a year.
Revive – Ladies Group
If you are struggling with loss of any kind, consider joining our group. Whilst recognising we are walking through pain, our focus will be on encouraging one another through studying scriptures from Lamentations, which offer a biblical view of how we can respond to God, in our grief and distress. Ladies only group.
Join us for a 5km(ish) jog on a Wednesday evening, all speeds welcome. Friendship, and exercise, bring your mates. We will try to join with the Bedford ParkRun group on Saturday. Once a term we will have a social meet at the pub.

Saved, Healed, Delivered – Basic Sozo Tools
Are you passionate about seeing people “saved, healed, delivered and made whole”. This training group is for anyone involved in ministry and praying for people, and will focus on the Sozo tools. There is no commitment to be involved in the Sozo team – it’s aim is simply to equip and envision everyone involved in caring for others.
Disciple Makers Training
Jesus told his followers to pray earnestly for workers to enter the harvest. But are we willing and trained? Join Simon to learn how to become a follower of Jesus who naturally multiply and sees those around them do the same.
Playhouse is a playgroup that has served 100’s of families in the local community providing a place that’s caring, safe, fun and Christ centered. If you have time to give and would like to be part of the team (we especially need some from the older generations to read stories, do craft, etc.) then sign up and get involved.

Playhouse is an inclusive community playgroup run by members of the Christian faith, where we seek to build friendships and support parents and carers with their children in a fun and engaging environment. Come and enjoy time together, toys and a craft in our relaxed and supportive group.
‘Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works.’ (Heb 10:24)/ We’ll meet fortnightly to share our lives with one another and through conversation, Bible reading and prayer, ‘bear one another’s burdens’. Equally so, we’ll stir up one another to reach out in love and service to those around us.
Study In Kings
Join us as we continue through the first Book of Kings in a relaxed and interactive study. The book traces the history of God’s covenant people under Israel’s kings and they affected the spiritual decline of Israel and Judah. The study is for anyone who is interested and should stir up and challenge ourselves on how we should live our lives today.
Table For Six
The aim of this group is to build church community through creating and strengthening of friendshipsr, over a meal for six people. Each time you will eat with a different group of people and each time you will bring along part of the meal to share with everyone. Table for Six is just for adults, sorry no children.
Pause & Ponder
A group where we take a Pause from our busy week and take a relaxed approach looking at God’s word. We stop to Ponder on how God’s word works in our lives and we, in turn, in our community/everyday life. Join us for 45 minutes every fortnight.
Ladies Who Zoom
This group is for ladies who love to do life together, especially for those who wouldn’t normally get the chance to attend an in-person group. We take a book and study it, then come together to discuss what God has been speaking to us. We also meet in person about once a month. This term we’re reading “God on Mute” by Pete Greig.
Going deeper into Genesis
Ever felt it would be good to look at the Bible in slightly more depth? Then this is the group for you! We are studying the fascinating early chapters of Genesis at present, and learning a great deal. In our group we always spend time sharing and praying for one another. We’re a friendly bunch so don’t hesitate to join if you’d like to!

Living through illness
Honesty, hope, healing. In this open support group for people living with illness or its effects, we can express ourselves honestly about our experiences. We listen, encourage and pray for each other: there may be pain in the night, but we look for joy in the morning. Every first Thursday of the month, excluding January.
We focus on being church family together, through a team-led group, as we connect the KA community in a fun, friendly & authentic way across the area east of Bedford.
KA Tabletop Games
A fun, friendly group who enjoy playing board and card games. We play a variety of games from loud group games to deep strategy games and everything in between. We aim to create a welcoming community for all, having an environment where we enjoy playing games together and friendships grow.

With Covid restrictions easing, we now plan to both go to the cinema and also to continue meeting online to discuss movies that the group has chosen from Netflix etc.
King’s Arms Quilters and Stitchers
The Quilting group continues to sew quilts for children who have experienced trauma or have life-affecting illnesses. We are connecting online at the moment but hope to meet in person when permitted. We welcome new sew-ers (no quilting experience required!) – we can even arrange a 1:1 meeting to get you started. Be brave – give us a try!

A group for ladies who love to dine out whilst chatting, praying, and supporting each other through life! We meet once a month at various restaurants in and around Bedfordshire.
KA Curry Nights
We meet as men at the Grand Indian Restaurant once a month – 5 course meal for £12. A great place to meet new people and invite your friends to.

Creative Hub offers the chance to find community among like-minded people. If you paint, illustrate, sew, weld, carve, dance, write, act, photograph, design, compose (the creative expression list goes on) this group is for you.
Parklife – Mowsbury Park
We would love to invite you to join Parklife, a community based around Mowsbury Park. Our aim, as always, is to be family together, welcoming ALL who want to join in. We will gather to go on short walks, play tennis and have coffee at the cafe at the weekend.
In Twenties we are seeking to emulate the lifestyle of Jesus and to be more like him together as a group and in private at home. As students and young adults we will spend time looking deeper at Jesus’ life and teachings, spending time intentionally with Jesus and enjoying each others company.

Friday Night Meeting
FNM (Friday Night Meeting) is our weekly outreach meal to those homeless and vulnerably housed. We want to provide community and make Jesus known to our guests.
