We want to invite all the guys to an evening of connection, laughter and inspiration with friends. With guest speaker Ian McDowall this is going to be a superb evening for everyone even if you’re not part of the King’s Arms.
Ian has an incredible story of life change and how in his 20s he worked as a nightclub bouncer but life was filled with violence and anger. All the time he was getting more involved in crime and the taking of anabolic steroids. He lived for his obsession: bodybuilding but the drugs were destroying his health.
