Our thoughts can have a big influence on our mental health as it can distort the way that we see situations, ourselves and even God.
Do you find yourself troubled by upsetting or negative thoughts? Or would you like to learn how to help someone who is struggling with unhealthy ways of thinking?
Then come and join us for the Mental Health and Well-being evening. This term we are going to take some time to notice how our thought life is going. We will explore unhelpful ways of thinking, challenge negative core beliefs and connect with God in order to renew our minds.
