What previous attendees have said

"The conference was well run but relaxed. Good balance of talks and interaction. Felt well looked after and loved."

"Great job, really enjoyed the Forum. Very helpful, great training, learnt a lot, envisioned me!"

"The Forum was outstanding - deeply informative and rich!"

What will happen on the day:

This year we’d like to open up the conversation on what sustainable, healthy pastoral ministry might look like. We’ll explore such issues as developing a pastoral team, how to promote freedom, and how to address deep hurts without overwhelm.

On the day our sessions will cover:

How churches can increase sensitivity around trauma
Building healthy teams
Abuse, Control and Pastoral Blind Spots
Partnering with the Father as we pastor others.

Our hope is that we'll become aware of pastoral blind spots, learn as teams how to safeguard ourselves and one another.
