Our Church Oversight
At our core, we believe our church should be led by teams of gifted men and women from diverse backgrounds and ages, both married and single, serving according to the gifts God has given them. Where, both women and men, have genuine authority, voice, recognition, and influence in shaping the direction of the church.
The leadership at King’s Arms is built around three key areas of oversight:
The Spiritual Oversight Team is responsible for the spiritual oversight of the church, this is a new team still in its initial stages which will consist of elders, male and female deacons and recognised leaders. This group is being established over the next 9-12 months, with prospective members being introduced to the church ahead of its launch by late summer 2025.
The Governance Oversight Team is responsible for all legal aspects of the Trust's charitable status. Our dedicated trustees play a crucial role serving our church and ensuring it remains a healthy, trusted, safe and financially sound organisation.
The Operational Leadership Team is responsible for executing the church's vision across our staff and the wider church community.
Spiritual Oversight Team
Our Spiritual Oversight Team is responsible for the spiritual oversight of the church, this is a new team, which will incorporate our elders and other recognised gifts is still in its initial stages and will be fully in place by late summer 2025. More information to follow soon.

Our Governance Oversight Team is responsible for all legal aspects of the Trust’s charitable status. This team consists of dedicated trustees and secretary who play a crucial role serving our church and ensuring it remains a healthy, trusted, safe and financially sound organisation.
