Baptism at King's Arms
We gather to celebrate Baptisms three times a year. We love hearing how God has changed people’s lives; then we pray and cheer them on as they step forward in faith. Each person shares their story, declares their faith and then is fully immersed in the baptism pool before coming up to thunderous applause!
Our next baptisms will be on Sunday, 17th April at King's House and Sunday, 24th April at our university location.
Biblical basis
Jesus calls all believers to be baptised in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. For anyone who chooses to follow Him, baptism is the next step. It is a public declaration of faith, and a symbol dying to our old life of sin, and being raised again into new life in God. Matt 28:19-20, Mk 16:16

If you’d like to be baptised at King’s Arms, we run a pre-baptism session each term. This is a chance to ask questions, be encouraged and understand more about baptism. If you’d like more information or would like to come to one of these sessions please email baptism@kingsarms.org
