Baptisms at King's Arms
We gather at various times through the year to celebrate Baptisms across all of our King’s Arms locations. Baptism is a significant step for every believer to take, after they’ve made a commitment to follow Jesus.
For us, baptism is a church family moment of celebration but also of spiritual significance for those getting baptised. If you’re a Christian and have not yet been baptised, we’d love the opportunity of sitting down with you and walking through some information to see if that would be the right next step.

Baptism Sundays
Baptism Sundays are full of life and excitement. We give those who want to, the opportunity of sharing something of how God has changed their lives, we pray and cheer them on as they step forward in faith in the baptism pool before coming up to cheers and applause!
Biblical basis
Jesus calls all believers to be baptised in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit. For anyone who chooses to follow Him, baptism is the next step. It is a public declaration of faith, and a symbol of dying to our old life of sin, and being raised again into new life in God. See Matthew 28:19-20 and Mark 16:16.

Interested?
If you’d like to be baptised at King’s Arms, we run regular pre-baptism sessions in the lead up to our baptisms. This is a chance to ask questions, be encouraged and understand more about baptism. If you’d like more information or would like to come to one of these sessions, or find out when our next baptisms are at your location, please email baptism@kingsarms.org
