A group of
people from all walks of life...
...who have discovered our true purpose is found in following Jesus.
We are passionate about the church’s mandate to change the society around us and to be a part of the solution wherever we go. We seek to heal the sick, counsel the broken, support the lonely and inspire those who want to make a difference in this life. We love great music, life-changing messages and genuine community — enjoying diversity and creativity, as well as honesty and authenticity.

History
In 1989, King’s Arms Project was founded with a heart to love and serve the homeless in our town. Just a few years later, in 1992, King’s Arms Church was born, carrying the mission to be a community that radically follows and worships Jesus while embracing and welcoming those on the margins of society.
Since then, God has taken us on a rich journey of discovering His Father Heart, deepening our hunger for His presence and equipping us to carry His love and power into the world around us.
Sunday Meetings
Everyone is welcome as we gather together on Sundays across four meetings to worship and encounter our amazing God and to go deeper in our walk with Him. We take time to learn straight from God’s word with full expectancy of hearing Him speaking and changing us each week.

Groups
Group life is at the heart of our community. Through our groups we want to grow in our walk with God, build great friendships and get out on mission together.
We have a huge range of groups, reflecting the diversity among us and the different gifts and passions God has put in us.
Culture
Many years ago, God spoke to us about prioritising not just where we are going and what we are doing but also who we are becoming as a church. This has led to us pursuing a culture where we are intentional about living with Honour, Acceptance, Authenticity, Generosity and Courage.

What We Believe
We believe in one God: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus died to pay for our sins and was raised again, beating death. Through faith in Him we are adopted by grace as sons and daughters of our amazing Father God. He fills us with His Holy Spirit to go and share His good news throughout the world.
Where We Belong
God is at work across the nations. We are connected through relationship with churches around the world as well as in the UK.
We believe it’s essential for churches to be connected to others, and King's Arms is a part of the Catalyst network (catalystnetwork.org) of churches within Newfrontiers (newfrontierstogether.org). Catalyst, led by Simon Holley, serves churches and leaders across many nations of the world and aims to make disciples globally.
